Our Story + History
A strong level of communication and commitment is the key to building efficiently. We support our clients in their decision-making process as they build their most important investment.
We are a team of experienced builders who believe that constructing your home begins with communication and trust. That means we listen first. Our job is to understand your goals, and to bring together the resources that will meet the unique requirements of your project.
Our roots run deep, and over the years we have developed trusted relationships with the highest quality architects, designers, and building subcontractors. These people will join your team, and we’ll always be there leading the effort to ensure success.
Once we agree to a design plan, our job is to do what we say we’ll do. That means transparency, collaborative problem-solving, and predictable results. No surprises. And we never stop listening.
We want you to be involved in a building process without all the usual nail-biting pressure, one that requires no heroics. We think building your home should be — for you and us — a fun and collaborative act of creating. And we all should be proud of the results.
In other words, we build your home so that we would want to live in it.
We promise we won’t, of course, but we expect to be that proud of it.
We learned long ago that excellence comes through focus. So we stick close to the North Shore of Boston, our home. We offer two things, and two things only: custom homes and remodeling services.
We’ll only take on a handful of projects each year in order to give each project and client the attention it deserves.
Wild Apple Homes: we’re building quality homes and relationships throughout the North Shore of Boston.
"[We] hired [Wild Apple Homes] to construct a ground-up single family $1M+ home in Manchester, MA. [The Wild Apple Homes team] are consummate professionals in their craft of managing and supervising the total building process. They pay attention to client needs for quality, schedule and budget. We would hire again without hesitation. Great work."
