About Wild Apple Homes
Wild Apple Homes creates high-end homes of distinction for clients on the North Shore of Boston who value a truly customized space, quality craftsmanship, and an exceptional customer service experience.
Who We are
We are a team of expert builders on the North Shore of Boston with a passion for construction. Whether you're looking to build a new home from the ground up or renovate your existing investment, we strive to exceed expectations.
Every space we build is customized specifically for our clients after a thorough analysis of goals and objectives; we never build the same home twice. This level of expertise and experience requires a solid team.
You, the homeowner, is the center of this team. We also work with an accomplished team of subcontractors, with whom we've built extensive trust over time. We hire good people, and empower them. This allows us all to enjoy a fun, creative, and collaborative building process where we can all be proud of the results — that's our favorite part, that's what gets us out of bed in the morning.
We treat each project like it's our own home, maximizing our attention to detail. Since no two projects are the same, we need to keep the process simple to rely on different yet predictable results. We hold ourselves accountable to the highest degree. We offer 100% transparency and focus on solutions, not problems.
Working on only a few projects per year allows us to dedicate our energy on perfecting every detail. Please contact us to see if we are accepting new clients.
We wanted to open up our kitchen and renovate/expand a powder room. The Wild Apple Homes team shared our vision and brought exciting ideas to the table. They are professionals with experience and it's clear that they love their job. They communicated clearly and often and were always conscious of our budget, the environment, and our family, even the dog! Subcontractors were top notch. The project was finished on time and the results are stunning. Our home is dramatically improved and we couldn't be happier.
